They had their hearts set on Denver. The Tulsa, Oklahoma-based couple always knew they wanted to get married in this beautiful city; a place near and dear to their hearts. Lindsey and Russell, along with each of their daughters, celebrated their love in a simple, romantic courthouse ceremony in Downtown Denver last week. And nothing, not 30 MPH wind gusts or keys locked in their rental car’s trunk was going to stop them from getting married. We started with the brief, but very romantic, ceremony in the Denver Civic Building, then followed it with a portrait session at Civic Center Park and Union Station in Denver. A film was made of their beautiful day by a Denver based Film Production company recommend to them to cherish the moments a still photo cannot.
Because of this wedding, I have officially fallen in love with small, simple courthouse elopements. There is something so special and romantic about the idea of forgoing a big fancy party and just doing it. This couple is so sweet and crazy in love and I feel so fortunate to have been a witness to their beautiful day. Congrats Lindsey and Russell! I wish you all the best in married life.
