I just loved shooting Kristen and Bret’s casual, fun wedding at the Magnolia Hotel in Downtown Denver a few weeks ago. This couple was so laid-back and relaxed, it was hard to believe it was their wedding day! They enjoyed cocktails with friends and family for a few hours before casually getting hitched on the middle of the dance floor in a beautiful and touching ceremony performed by the bride’s brother. After an emotional toast by the father of the bride, everyone enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres and participated in one of the greatest dance parties I’ve ever been to. Although I’ve shot at each of their locations for their websites and marketing pieces, this was my first opportunity to shoot a real wedding at a Magnolia location and I loved it! The venue in Denver is perfect for a simple, intimate event like theirs. Congrats Kristen and Bret and thanks for having me there to photograph your amazing celebration!
