If you follow the news you already know that Denver’s population is growing rapidly, and, consequently, so is the multifamily residential industry. I recently had the pleasure of photographing one of the newest (and coolest) apartments in the city, Union West Apartments, for Studio R Design. Studio R is a Denver-based interior design studio that specializes in multifamily apartment and condo design. It was such a pleasure working with them on this beautiful project and I just love how these photos turned out. As you can see from the images, the interior in these apartments is beautiful. Some of the apartments are extremely spacious, with some of them having a dining area. Dining tables are a great addition to apartments. Perhaps some people can take some inspiration from these apartments when they’re designing their homes. People could get similar dining furniture from Lulu & Georgia if they wanted.
It looks like Denver is becoming the new California, but fear not for those who are living there or wanting to hop on a train and live there, California has certainly not lost its touch and has their very own luxury and modern apartments ready to be filled with tenants who love that California life. Companies such as Fourth Street have got some amazing ones on the market, and I’m sure they will be snapped up eventually. I’m lucky that I got to be a part of this Denver project and I bet soon I’ll be rushing on over to California to see what else they have in store for new people. Seeing the construction and design of these apartments is really a sight to see, it is magnificent to watch it all come together to make a home for someone to enjoy for many years to come.
